  Andy Flatt has over 24 years of experience in Information Technology. Since August 2006, he has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for HealthSpring, Inc., one of the nations largest managed care organizations whose primary focus is the Medicare Advantage market.
  
  For six years prior he served as Chief Information Officer for AIM Healthcare Services, Inc., a leader in the healthcare cost containment sector. While at AIM, Mr. Flatt oversaw one of the largest Cisco VoIP installations in North America in 2001.

  In 2006, Andy Flatt began his role as SVP and CIO for HealthSpring, Inc. Previously, he was CIO for AIM Healthcare Services where he oversaw one of the largest Cisco VoIP installations in North America.
  
  Flatt's impressive 24 years of experience in IT includes serving in technology management roles at HCA, Baptist Hospital and as co-founder of MIQS, Inc. where he worked with early electronic medical records pioneers. He began his career as a software developer of business and clinical systems for Dialysis Clinic, Inc. and over time his accomplishments have also included serving as adjunct faculty member at Lipscomb University.
  
  Flatt is the Chair Elect for the Nashville Technology Council where he currently serves as Co-Chair of the Workforce and Education committee. He is a member of the Lipscomb University Information Technology Advisory Board, member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and currently serves on the Board of the Tennessee Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
