Our CEO & Creative Director, Mindy Flatow-Dickens, is an industry expert and has been delivering cutting-edge solutions since the Internet was in its infancy.Before there were eCommerce or Web applications, Ms. Flatow-Dickens was paving the way.Among her many achievements is her 1996 Webby Award for Transatlantic Reinsurance Company (a subsidiary of AIG).It was the first reinsurance Website, which included one of the first Web applications - allowing brokers to submit facultative quote requests online.In addition to being awarded a 1996 Webbie award, the site was featured on the cover of "Insurance and Technology Today" magazine.

Since then, Ms. Flatow-Dickens has created and developed numerous successful Websites and Web-based software interfaces.Prior to founding Morgan Multimedia she was User Interface Manager for Interpraise, where she redesigned real estate transaction Web-based software products.She has also held the positions of Product Development Producer for theDailyApple, User Interface Development Manager for Smartshop and Content Producer for Chipshot.She believes the best design solution is the result of an iterative approach, and the most effective Websites and software use technology appropriately - as tools to reach business goals.
