Richard Flask

Richard (Rich) Flask is a principal of RJ Flask & Associates, located in Laguna Niguel, California.Rich's experience in business transfers goes back over 25 years, and includes franchising and licensing of international markets, as well as business brokerage in a wide spectrum of industry segments.In addition, Rich has also been recognized for executive and industry leadership in marketing, operations and international development with two industry leaders: Southland Corporation and Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO).

Rich earned a B.A. from California State University, Northridge, and completed the Executive Advanced Marketing Program at the University of Texas (Austin) Graduate School of Business.Rich was a past seminar co-leader at the UCLA Graduate School of Business, and has been an in-demand speaker, trainer and workshop leader at many industry events.
