Michael Flashner, PhD , COO Dr. Flashner has over 20 years of drug development in biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.He is the former Vice-President of Immunology and Anti-Infective therapeutic groups at Quintiles, Inc., responsible for all US clinical projects in these areas.Dr. Flashner was a tenured Associate Professor of Chemistry at the State University of New York in Syracuse, NY.He earned a Ph.D. and M.A. from University of Michigan.

Michael Flashner, Ph.D. (59) is Vice President of Clinical Drug and Business Development and joined Pangene from Matrix Pharmaceuticals.Prior to Matrix, Mike was a Vice-President at Quintiles and provided senior leadership to clinical operations.Previous to Quintiles, Mike was the Senior Director of Product Development at Metabolex where he focused on product development and strategy for corporate development programs and product commercialization.At Triton Biosciences and Berlex Laboratories (Schering AG) Mike was the Project Director for Betaseron, a drug approved by the FDA in 1993.
