   Timothy J. Flanagan is vice president of Mid-America Development Partners, LLC (Mid-Am).He joined Mid-Am in 2001 as a senior developer for shopping center and hotel projects, utilizing his experience and knowledge in the field of commercial and mixed-use real estate development.
   
   Previously, Mr. Flanagan was a principal of MARS Equities, Inc., an acquisition and development company established in 1990 that specialized in the development of business parks across the United States.In that capacity, he was involved in the development of 1,650,000 square feet of industrial and office space.His responsibilities included site selection, marketing and day-to-day operations.
   
   During his real estate career, which began in 1988, Mr. Flanagan has successfully developed numerous business parks and negotiated transactions with many prominent clients, including Mutual of New York, Hancock Insurance, Kraft Foods, ITW, Dunbar Armored Car, Horseshoe Gaming, ANR Pipeline, ITT and Winstarr Communications.
   
   Mr. Flanagan received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Purdue University.He presently resides in Frankfort, Ill., with his wife, Diane, and their two children.
