Cathy Flanagan - Call Center Manager

Cathy joined Vision Research Inc. in January 2002 and became Call Center Manager in September 2002, She has her diploma in Project and Administrative Management from Holland College, B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island, and M.A. in English from Dalhousie University. Cathy also has an LLB from Osgoode Hall in Toronto, Ontario.

Cathy is active in various community activities, has been a volunteer with the Boy's & Girl's clubs of PEI since 1988 and has been provincial president since 1993. Cathy has previously been a board member with the CNIB, the Kay Reynolds Center and the United Way of Prince Edward Island. Cathy is also involved in the sport of sailing as both a participant and at the organizational levels.
