Dana Flanagan-McBeth attended the University of California at Los Angeles and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.Ms. Flanagan-McBeth then received her Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law.Her initial practice included civil litigation in both federal and state court.Later, she practiced administrative law in the area of payroll tax, property tax and timber tax.Currently, Ms. Flanagan-McBeth practices business taxes with the State Board of Equalization Legal Department.Ms. Flanagan-McBeth served as President of the Wiley W. Manuel Bar Association of Sacrametno County in 2006.
