Over the next seven years, Adam gained valuable experience in all apects of the golf business including instruction, tournament operations, and merchandising.

In September 2003, Adam decided he wanted to gain more experience working with large tournaments and transfered to Hampshire Greens Golf Course.Working under PGA Head Professional David Dorn, Adam continued his growth as a Professional becoming event coordinator, director of instruction, and fufilled his life-long dream attaining PGA membership in February 2005.
