Prior to founding the Radius Group in early 2000, Fisher was Aquila's Vice President, Strategic Planning and Marketing where she was responsible for developing and implementing the company's product and market strategy.

Fisher's energy career began at Koch Industries, Wichita, KS, as a consulting director where she was responsible for strategic business and marketing plan activity.Prior to joining Aquila, she joined Coast Energy Group of Houston, TX, where she was responsible for risk management and financial services products as Director of Marketing Fuel Services.

Fisher has an extensive academic background in geology and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Colorado College in Colorado Springs.
