   Ted Fischer joined Bay Capital Advisors as a partner in 2005 following the sale of OneNeck IT Services Corporation, a company he co-founded in 2001.
   
   Mr. Fischer has extensive operations experience having held senior operating and executive roles at Duro Industries, a Fall River, Massachusetts - based textile manufacturing company.Ted is responsible for new business generation, deal execution and has led transactions with over $50 million in value since joining Bay Capital Advisors.
   
   Ted is a board member of Moses Brown School, Rhode Island School of Design Museum, Tim and Tom Gullikson Foundation, Year Up, Providence and is a past president of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association Board of Directors.
   
   Mr. Fischer is a graduate of Boston College and the Program for Management Development (PMD) at the Harvard Business School.

   Ted Fischer is Managing Partner of Bay Capital, a small investment banking and M&A advisory firm based in Providence, RI. Prior to joining Bay Capital, Ted was the Co-Founder and VP of an IT outsourcing and managed services firm based in Scottsdale, AZ.Ted lives in Barrington, RI with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.

   Ted Fischer has 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership, operating and transactional experience.Before joining Bay Capital, Mr. Fischer was a co-founder and Vice President of OneNeck IT Services Corp where he helped lead the successful management buyout and eventual recapitalization of the firm.In his role at OneNeck, Mr. Fischer led all business development activities.Prior to OneNeck, Mr. Fischer held various executive roles at Duro Industries, including Senior Vice President, Sales and Manufacturing Technology, for the $265 million company.
   
   Mr. Fischer graduated from Boston College and the Program for Management Development (PMD) at the Harvard Business School.His outside commitments include board roles on the Harvard Business School Alumni Association board of directors where he served as president from 2003-2005, the Moses Brown School board of overseers, the Rhode Island School of Design Museum board of governors and is on the executive committee of the Tim and Tom Gullikson Foundation board.He also sits on the Year-Up Providence board of advisors and serves as a mentor in the program.
