Michael Finch

Michael Finch, Owner Michael leads corporate development at The Employment Firm. He brings over ten years of recruiting and staffing expertise to the company, as well as respected leadership in the areas of sales, management and employee training. Prior to taking over ownership of The Employment Firm in September 2004, Michael served as regional vice president at a local staffing provider, where he was responsible for the operations of four branches and two on-site accounts. Michael holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is an active member of the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry, Colorado Staffing Association, Colorado Human Resources Association and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
