Michael Finch

In 1985, Denise and Michael Finch founded a consulting and training company that pioneered the concept of free training in California.Michael has a Masters Degree from USC, and originally taught Special Education to High School students in Colorado.Denise has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Humanistic Studies and has been a Master Instructor for the past 20 years.In 1983, Denise and Michael married and became involved in Computer Training and then Adult Training in California.In 1984, they met a couple of former Professors from California State University, Northridge, who introduced them to the Employment Training Panel (ETP), which had money to give companies for training.

In 1985, Denise and Michael formed American Training, and became the first consulting and training firm in California to introduce companies to the new concept of Free Funding for Training.
