Mr. Matthew J. FinchMr. Finch was born in 1967 in Houston, and has attended Harvard College (A.B. cum laude 1989), and Georgetown Law School (Juris Doctor 1994).From 1989 to 1991 Mr. Finch worked in the financial profession in New York as a stockbroker, and later as a Eurodollar trader for Sumitomo Bank, Ltd.Mr. Finch served as General Counsel of Benchmark Equity Group, and as a partner of Benchmark Merchant Partners LP in Houston, Texas from 1998 to 2000, following four years of working as a corporate and securities associate attorney for largelaw firms in Houston.
