Dave is an ex-employee of the RAF and initially joined FDM in 1996 via the Mountie training programme as a Visual Basic developer.After a short period managing the Academy recruitment programme, he became part of a team that spearheaded FDM's expansion into the US in November 1998.Dave ran the American Academy in Raleigh, NC and strategically introduced JAVA into the training programme before relocating the US office to Washington, DC.In 2003, he joined the Global Services team in Brighton and last year opened FDM's new Manchester Office.He is now responsible for training and IT service delivery in the North-West.

Dave joined the group in 1996 through FDM Academy, after which he undertook a number of technical roles before becoming a key in-house trainer on our award winning training programme.

In 1998 Dave was instrumental in establishing a technical presence in the USA, firstly in North Carolina and then Washington DC, where the company now boasts an enviable business model.In 2003 Dave returned to the UK to undertake his current position of Chief Technical Officer, for the group.
