The keynote speaker was Pastor Duncan Filmer of Living Word Ministries, Yonkers, New York.He is in demand nationally and internationally as a conference speaker and teacher.

Duncan's life and ministry clearly illustrated the Conference theme. After building a successful charismatic church and a Christian school in Australia, the Holy Spirit informed him that He would "take him to a place where few preachers would stay!"Ultimately Duncan, his wife and their young children left Australia and in the middle of winter, arrived in Yonkers, New York. They came with only their suitcases and no financial support, but trusting God alone to provide them with a home and a congregation.God met their need and in Yonkers they established a flourishing church and Christian school.

Duncan ministered powerfully on righteousness, grace, and living by faith in order to experience a fulfillment of God's promises. Many of those attending the Conference commented on how his messages motivated them to believe and trust God for greater victory in their personal lives and ministries.
