Jim Ferraro

Team owner Jim Ferraro received approval from the league's Board of Directors at a meeting in Chicago last week.The team will play at Quicken Loans Arena, site of where the NBA's Cavaliers hold their home games.

Ferraro also named former NFL quarterback and Ohio native Bernie Kosar to serve as part-owner, president and CEO of the franchise.
