    Jennifer Roshan Ferraro, MA, is a poet, artist and performer who teaches writing at the University of New Mexico.She is the author of the book of poems, Divine Nostalgia (2002) and tours with the Latif Bolat Ensemble playing frame drum and reciting poetry.In 2004 she co-created a multimedia spoken word, dance and music performance called Intimate Distance based upon her poems which featured an ensemble of dancers and musicians, performed in multiple cities in New Mexico.She is currently working on a forthcoming translation of Turkish Sufi poets entitled Quarreling With God: Mystic Rebels Poems of the Dervishes of Turkey with Latif Bolat.She is a student of the Sufi path under Pir Zia Inayat Khan.
