Prior to founding MBC, Mr. Ferraro was Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer of Blue Makoi , a next generation digital marketing company focused on creating commercialized CRM technology products.Mr. Ferraro has 20 years of leadership with extensive experience in organization development, IT operations, professional services, software engineering, and the commercialization of technology products Prior to Blue Makoi, within CTG/Zenius, he rose to become Director, E-Business Solutions and Internet Architectures and served as a member of the senior leadership team after success in address of client Internetworking, E-business and other Enterprise requirements for Global 2000 firms.

As Principle Consultant with Analysts International, Mr. Ferraro was successful leading enterprise business and technology initiatives with such clients as Ameritech, the American Medical Association, Swiss Bank Corporation, Motorola, and Rockwell International.

While at Chicago Board Options Exchange, he was Manager, Distributed Systems where he managed a department of software engineers chartered with the development of exchange market data feeds and options trade-processing applications on fault tolerant systems.The Chicago Board Options Exchange has been recognized as the most automated financial trading operations in the world.

Mr. Ferraro holds a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Business Management from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.

Pitcher joins the company in product marketing after 15 years with Cray, Inc., and Ferraro brings 20 years of experience in the information technology industry to oversee product marketing in the enterprise markets.
