Dr. James Ferraro

DR. JAMES FERRAROBorn in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1915, Dr. Ferraro practiced dentistry in New York City before moving to and opening a practice in Margaretville in 1969.He graduated from Fordham University in 1936 and received his doctorate in dental medicine from the Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 1940.In 1984 he founded the Family Program at Veritas Villa in Kerhonkson, New York, which he directed for 11 years.Dr. Ferraro, who is married with three sons, became a certified alcholism counselor in 1986 and received national certification in 1991.He retired from dentistry 12 years ago.
