Special thanks to Glen Fergus of the Brisbane, Australia office of Golder Associates. Glen contributed three excellent water balance building block models: a watershed yield (runoff) model, a storage element (reservoir) with a Puls-routed spillway (in which overflow is routed through the spillway according to its width and discharge coefficient), and a storage element (reservoir) with an unrouted spillway (in which the spillway behaves as if it is infinitely wide).
