Yang Fengyi
Deputy director and senior engineer of the Mobile Communication R&D Center of Telecom Science and Technology Research Institute of MII, received his master degree of engineering from the Post & Telecom Scientific Research Institute of MPT in 1987. He has been engaging in R&D on mobile communication for years, and published more than 20 papers on academic conferences and publications in China and overseas. He is presently member of the Editorial Board of "Microwave and Satellite Communications", and member of the Overall System Group of China 3G Mobile Communications System R&D Project.
