   DIETRICH -- Thomas P. Fenelon IV, vocational agriculture instructor at Dietrich High School, was named a 2003 Coca-Cola Educator of Distinction by the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation. He is one of 250 nationwide to receive the honor.
   
   Fenelon received a commemorative crystal Coca-Cola bottle and a plaque inscribed with a dedication written by Jessica Helsley, a 2003 Coca-Cola Scholar and a senior from Dietrich High School, who nominated Fenelon.
