In January 2006 Jacqueline Fendt was granted a doctorate at Leiden University for her thesis on how Chief Executives cope with post-merger integration.Jackie is now Chair of Entrepreneurship and Professor of Strategy at ESCP-EAP European School of Management.I am proud to have been her doctoral supervisor and urge you to take a look at her thesis published as a book.

It's for the state to create specific conditions and tools for innovation, and for investors to assume their role in accepting the risk of losing money, which sometimes they easily forget.... In line with this model, Jacqueline Fendt, Professor of Entrepreneurship at ESCP-EAP underscored the need to create a Task force comprised of institutional investors that can finance innovation after an evaluation by management.
