William Felton, Associate Program Coordinator-YAP & Outreach Services

William is the newest member of the TPAN family, joining the program team in August of 2002.His duties include overseeing the Young Adult Program (YAP) and outreach services.William came to TPAN from BE-HIV, where he was an outreach worker and educator for two years.He was also a peer support counselor at The Coachhouse, a southside Chicago agency.William is single and hiv-positive, and moved here from Atlanta, Georgia, seeking better HIV/AIDS support and care.
