   Leni Felton graduated from Rutgers University. She has over 20 years of experience in business administration. Leni began her career working in the Corporate Finance Department for the McKessan Corporation, after which she was a legal secretary for a law firm in San Francisco. Leni then spent over 10 years in non-profit administration, where she managed her department's customer service and finances.
   
   Seetha Ramesh has served the last 10 years as a full-time volunteer in the non-profit field, where she designed and produced large web sites serving a worldwide audience and edited and produced documentaries.
