   Mat Felthousen has been working for the University of Rochester as the Manager of Classroom Technology Services since 1999, and has been supporting computing and classroom facilities in Higher-Ed settings since 1993. The ‘ClassTech' position was created due to frequent customer complaints concerning service from the previous campus A/V group, which was split to form separate ‘academic' and ‘event' AV-tech support groups. Mat is now also responsible for the student computing labs and supporting the pay-for-printing system installed in the campus libraries and computing facilities. In this capacity Mat is responsible for the specifying, ordering, and installation of technology in the learning spaces on campus, along with seven full time and eighteen student staff. He has a BA in Technical Writing from the University of Rochester.
