   PATTY FELSKE Patty joined us at Henderson & Butt in May of 2003 after finishing her prerequisites to become a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in December, 2002. Patty lives on an acreage just outside the Edmonton City limits. Based on the knowledge she has acquired living on an acreage, Patty has gained experience and confidence in successfully appraising acreage properties over the last year and a half. Although, like all of our appraisers, Patty is very capable of appraising all sorts of residential properties.
