Robert M. Felsenthal, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Felsenthal joined Crestview Capital in August 2007, after more than 30 years of financial experience in variety of environments. Prior to joining Crestview, Mr. Felsenthal was the Chief Financial Officer of the Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter in Glenview, Illinois.

Mr. Felsenthal began his career in 1974 as an auditor with Arthur Young & Company in Chicago. In 1983 he joined IMC Global, a ,3 billion, publicly traded, crop nutrient, company located in Northbrook, Illinois. Mr. Felsenthal left IMC in 1996 as the Senior Vice President, Business Development, responsible for managing the internal team and outside consultants in developing and executing the company´s growth plan.

Subsequent to leaving IMC, Mr. Felsenthal has had a variety of financial positions, including consulting for McDonald´s Corporation in the areas of business development and strategic sourcing.

Mr. Felsenthal received his BSBA from the University of Denver 1974 and attended the Executive Program at the University of Michigan in 1995.

Robert M. Felsenthal, CPA, joined Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter as chief financial officer in 2004.With more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, business development and strategy, and public accounting, he brings a broad range of skills that have been beneficial to the growth of CareCenter.

Mr. Felsenthal most recently worked as a consultant for several corporations.He also served as chief financial officer of Ecker Enterprises, Inc., and prior to that, held several leadership positions within IMC Global Inc., including senior vice president of business development.Mr. Felsenthal earned his bachelor's degrees from Denver University and received his Illinois CPA license in 1976.He completed the executive program at the University of Michigan in 1995.
