Ted Fells, President & CEO
Ted Fells founder, President and Chief Executive Officer for NucoreVision is responsible for directing the strategic vision for NucoreVision and overall management of company operations.Prior to establishing NucoreVision, Mr. Fells spent 8 years at the Department of Immigration and Naturalization Service where he served as a Project Manager within the Information Resources Management Division.Mr. Fells was a key member of a management team that was responsible for overseeing the implementation of computer networks throughout the agency.After leaving INS, Mr. Fells served as a technical consultant for various federal and commercial organizations.Mr. Fells provided technical consulting services in a variety of technical areas such as network infrastructure, information assurance, asset management and systems integration.
Mr. Fells graduated from Norfolk State University with a bachelor's degree in Management Computer Information Systems.He currently is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Network Professionals Association and serves on the board of directors for various minority small business and charitable organizations.Under his leadership, NucoreVision has had tremendous growth and currently provides services to many federal agencies.
