"It's a big problem that's getting worse almost weekly," Fellows said.
Where the people come from is apparently not in question, Mead said.
"It's all out-of-town people because they come with New Hampshire plates," he said.
The visitors walk across Seapoint Beach to reach the peninsula, Mead said.
