The St. Paul Companies (NYSE: SPC) announced today that Bob Fellows has been named as president and general manager of St. Paul Canada, with responsibility for The St. Paul's Canadian operations.

Fellows previously worked for five years at Royal and SunAlliance in Canada, where he led its Financial Solutions start-up venture.Formerly, he managed its risk management and global business, and prior to that, managed its specialty line property business.His 20-year career in insurance began with Arkwright Insurance in Toronto as an account executive for six years.Then from 1987 to 1994, he was the marketing manager at Allendale Insurance in Montreal.
Fellows is a Master of Business Administration, York University, and holds a BA degree from Bishop's University.He also is Chartered Insurance Professional (C.I.P.)
