CTB executive director Suzanne Felix told Business Bulletin that 30 members of the organization, which have license to operate foreign currency deposit units (FCDU), are affected by the stringent ruling of the monetary authorities.

Felix said these institutions "have already submitted their capital buildup plans with the BSP."
