As regular readers will know (see previous post on this topic), I've been writing a screenplay with comedian Mark Felgate and this week we got it cracked - one hundred and forty pages ready to go.

Stand-up comic Mark Felgate and I have long threatened to put a film idea down on paper and so August was spent meeting up in cafes and parks around Soho in order to create 'Crazy Golf', a slapstick romantic comedy. Yep, I know it's a bit left of field isn't it - especially for 'that gadget TV guy.' Suffice it to say I am employing cutting edge hardware and software in search of Hollywood fame and fortune; we write on the new 13" Sony Vaio using Final Draft, an amazing ideas and dialogue formatter which includes something called 'Collabowriter' which enables Mark and I to 'meet up' online and work together. Crazy!
My keyboard skills are also being tested by Panasonic this month. I'm writing the script for the launch of their new smartphone, the x700.
