Lisa Feldon is currently a Partner with McCormack & Farrow responsible for the development and execution of executive searches.McCormack & Farrow is a retained executive search firm that conducts searches in all industries for corporate directors, C-level, division, group and top functional executives on a national basis.Lisa has over twenty years of recruiting experience.Prior to joining the firm, Lisa held a variety of positions with a Southern California-based firm.For the last ten years of her tenure, she was Division Director of HRLink and built a successful division specializing in placement of human resources professionals in a wide variety of industries.She earned her BA from Queens College of the City University of New York.Lisa has been active in the Orange County Affiliate of NHRA for the past 10 years and on the Board for the past 5 years including as President of the affiliate.She resides in Southern California with her husband and two daughters.

Lisa Feldon leads our Healthcare and Biosciences Practices, and is a member of our Human Resources Practice Team.Lisa joined McCormack & Farrow as a Partner in 2007.She has over twenty years of recruiting experience.Prior to joining McCormack & Farrow, she was a Division Director with a Southern California-based recruiting firm where she built a successful division specializing in recruiting human resources professionals for clients in a wide variety of industries.Lisa is actively involved in professional organizations and has held a number of board positions, and served as President of the Orange County affiliate of the National Human Resources Association.Lisa earned her BA degree from Queens College of the City University of New York.
