    Rich Feldman was SVP, executive director of strategic marketing, at Brann Worldwide, where his responsibilities included business development, technology integration, the creation of proprietary services, and launching the agency network's North American consulting practice.Among his many accomplishments, he helped IBM launch its direct selling channel and was a principal architect of the company's global one-to-one best customer relationship program.

    Prior to Brann, Feldman was a creative director at Blau Marketing Technologies.He also made stops at Y&R's Chapman Direct unit - where he helped AT&T launch its first loyalty program for international callers, a leading fundraising direct marketing company, and a list enhancement operation.Feldman is a frequent public speaker at Direct Marketing Association and other events, and lectures at New York University.A graduate of Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, Feldman holds a BA in advertising.He lives in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
