Norm Feldman Norm Feldman Norm Feldman is Vice President , Information Services. Prior to joining ATX Technologies , he was involved in various roles for a premium Internet networking services company , Allied Riser Communications. As a director , he had the opportunity to develop and deploy a high-speed Internet networks in all major U.S. cities and provide leading edge network solutions to Fortune 100 companies. Other responsibilities included leading the year 2000 effort at ARC and contributing to the success of its initial public offering. Feldman was Vice President of Technical Services for Rapp Collins , the largest direct marketing company in North America , and was responsible for the development and support of loyalty management systems that included leading brands in the travel and telecommunications industry. Prior to Rapp Collins , Feldman served in various technical roles that were responsible for domestic and international businesses for Radio Shack Corporation , a major electronics retailer. Feldman received a BS in Engineering in 1977 from St. Cloud State University and an M.B.A from the University of Houston in 1983.
