Mr. Feldman has a Bachelor's degree in political science and journalism and a Master's degree in school administration.He spent twenty-six years working in New York City middle schools, primarily in administrative positions.From 1989-2000 he served as an elementary school principal in Mashpee, Massachusetts.He is currently semi-retired.
Mr. Feldman is President of the Cape and Islands Principal's Association.He served on the Massachusetts Elementary School Principal's Association (MESPA) since 1994, serving as President from 1997-98.Mr. Feldman currently edits MESPA's publication, "The Principal View" and is the organization's state legislative representative and federal relations coordinator.He is also a mentor for aspiring principals in MESPA's certification program and works with several first and second year principals in MESPA's state-funded mentoring program.
