Mr. Matthew B. Feldman was born and raised in Miami, Florida.
He attended Framingham State College in Framingham Massachusetts where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications (B.A.), and a minor degree in English.
While attending Framingham State College he was a member of the Dean's list, and additionally, played both NCAA baseball and football.
Due in large part to his personality and competitive sports background, Mr. Feldman felt he had the makings of a strong litigator.
Accordingly, he decided to go on to attend the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law where he concentrated on civil litigation.
He received valuable experience and high praise for his skills during his participation in numerous mock trials.
During law school Mr. Feldman worked at the Law Offices of Kane and Kane where he focused on P.I.P and civil litigation.
Additionally, while in law school, he was a member of the American Trial Lawyers of America, the Jewish Law Student Association, the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and he was a Law Student Advisor in which he counseled and aided first year law students.
Mr. Feldman volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem, fighting for and protecting the rights of children.
His experiences there included the handling of various legal matters as well as observing and reporting to the Court the interaction between child and parent/guardian.
He was often called upon to observe the children in their home and/or classroom environment and was in constant communication with their parent/guardian, attorney and teachers.
This included reporting his conclusions and observations to the Court as well as the Florida Department of Children and Family Services.
Mr. Feldman is a member of the Florida Bar and a litigation associate with Acosta Strommen.
