   Larry Feldman will remain chairman of Feldman Mall Properties, but will no longer work for the company that bears his name, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
   
   Feldman had been the CEO, but stepped down last fall to concentrate on real estate leasing activities.On May 30, he notified the company that he did not plan to continue as an employee.

   In addition to managing the Harrisburg Mall, the company owns about 25 percent of the facility.
   
   Under an agreement in principle reached between Feldman and the company, Feldman will receive a severance payment of $1.9 million.
