   Jacob Feldman, founder of International Vision, Inc. (IVI), has served on the Board of Directors as President and Chief Operating Officer since the company's inception, and is currently Chief Executive Officer. IVI originally developed the PRLÔ Phakic Refractive Lens, which is now being manufactured by Medennium and marketed through CIBA Vision. Mr. Feldman has 20 years of management experience in small businesses and start-up ventures, and spent eight years as an international project manager in the former Soviet Union for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. (a Johnson & Johnson Company). Mr. Feldman earned his Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Engineering Institute USSR.
