   Jack Feldman, Vice President of IC Design Jack Feldman brings 14 years of semiconductor chip design experience to Sycon Design. Mr. Feldman was a research staff member in both design automation and high performance microprocessor design at several locations of IBM. He served as a team member of the first RISC microprocessor, the first CMOS version of the mainframe microprocessor (CISC architecture) and the AS-400 microprocessor. Mr. Feldman built IBM internal tools for physical design and implemented design flows from circuit design to microprocessor units (floating point, instruction and fixed-point units). Mr. Feldman was the recipient of both the IBM Research Division Award and an Outstanding Innovation Award. Feldman holds a BS/CS and a MS/CS degrees from Polytechnic Institute, Bucharest Romania and a MS/EE from Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
