   Irene has close to 20 years of experience in the IT Professional Services industry. She has managed large projects involving infrastructure set up, database design & administration, and application architecture for the following Fortune 500 companies: The Bank of NY, Chase, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Bankers Trust, Jaguar Automobiles, Solomon Smith Barney on various platforms ranging from Mainframe, Client Server and Internet. Irene's reputable knowledge and experience has allowed her to provide valuable Management Consulting Services to the likes of Coopers and Lybrand.
   
   Irene's wide grasp of technology and business is considered a preferred advantage. As a founding member Irene was involved in the initial business model analysis of the Internet startup Tradeline Inc. She is very often involved in various operational, technical and staffing matters for a number of Internet Startup companies including WorkWhile.com, HerbHealer.com, Scent-Sation, Inc. and AmericanMerchants.com.
   
   Irene is an active member of the Women's Presidents Organization, New York New Media Association, New York Software Industry Association and New Jersey Technology Council.
   
   Irene earned an MBA in Computer Science from Brooklyn College and a BS degree in Business Management from The College of Social Services in Kharkov, Ukraine.
