Some of Martin's mentors included Dave Burgess (Dream Works), animator for "Over the Hedge," "Madagascar," "Lion King" and "Shrek 2"; Victor Navone, animator of "Alien Song" and "Big Stars"; Doug Dooley (Pixar), animator for "The Incredibles"; and, Ike Feldman (Pixar), animator for "A Bug's Life" and "Toy Story 2."

Ike Feldman: During his career at Pixar Animation Studios Ike has animated on A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo and The Incredibles.Prior to joining Pixar, Ike animated his own films and designed and animated two interactive titles.In addition, Ike taught animation at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco and has advised on several short films.Ike has a BA from UC Berkeley and gave up medical school to pursue his passion for animation, so if you have any obscure chemistry questions, he's your man.Ike lives in San Francisco with his wife and young daughter and enjoys surfing and renovating their house in his spare time.
