Sarita Felder, MBA, is a Career, Business and Personal Development Coach, who, for over 20 years, as she 'climbed the ladder' in major corporations and smaller organizations, effectively coached colleagues, managers and their team members through professional and personal challenges and transitions.As a teacher, volunteer, mother and wife, Sarita also has coached many individuals outside the corporate arena in their personal and professional challenges.Currently, as an entrepreneur, Sarita provides coaching to clients who wish to achieve creative, transformational thinking that crystallizes their strategic focus, positively reframes roadblocks turning them into opportunities, and allows them to produce breakthrough results, validating and recognizing their vision of the future, today.
Sarita's leadership experience includes her most recent position as Senior Vice President, Management Supervisor at Health Learning Systems, a part of CommonHealth as well as positions as Vice President, Creative Services at Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Director, Marketing Services at Roche Laboratories, Inc. and Vice President, Director, Client Services at Catalyst Communications, Inc.
Sarita has received extensive training in one-on-one and group coaching as well as professional career development and growth, leadership, team building, conflict resolution, sales, marketing, organizational development, operations and management.
Sarita holds an MBA in International Marketing from the Zicklin School of Business and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University in French and Spanish Literature with a minor in Education.To enhance her already extensive background, Sarita is currently attending iPEC (Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching).
