Ms. Feissel is an associate in Hogan & Hartson Raue L.L.P., the Berlin office of Hogan & Hartson L.L.P., and a member of the Litigation and Corporate, Securities and Finance Groups.Her practice concentrates on civil litigation, representing clients from various industries, including product retail firms, real estate investors, as well as banks and hotels, before local and state courts.She has represented clients in cases involving breach of contract, commercial leases, professional malpractice, bankruptcy, and torts.She has experience in all phases of litigation and pre-trial preparation.Ms. Feissel has counselled domestic and international clients on matters such as commercial leases, general terms and conditions of business, distribution and retail, securities and other related issues.She has also taken part in drafting the security documents for financing the implementation of a UMTS network in Germany.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson Raue, she practiced as a lawyer with the Berlin office of a leading German law firm.Ms. Feissel interned for the State Court of Berlin, the Administrative Court of Berlin, and served as a Trainee with the Berlin Parliament.

She received her law degree from Free University Law School in Berlin in 1996.She received her M.A. from the John F. Kennedy Institute/Berlin University in 1997.In 1999, she was admitted to the Berlin State Bar.On a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) fellowship, she spent one year at Harvard University where she took part in the Special Student Program sponsored by GSAS and Harvard Law School.
