  David prides himself on his creative energy and financial prowess to put a deal together.He worked in sales and marketing and general management for various Fortune 100 firms including Southern Bell, Northern Telecom, and finally Cox Cable Communications before "checking out of corporate life" and moving to St. Croix.His first stint on the island was as the co-owner and developer of LaGrange Beach & Tennis Club in Frederiksted.Fedeles built a successful club, restaurant and bar business; many say they could hear David a "playing host" from the cruise ship pier!With a local knowledge and assimilation into the community, it was not long before his real estate career began to thrive.He is an active member of the community and serves as a Trustee to Good Hope School and also is an active Director for the St. Croix Board of Realtors and a member of the local Chamber of Commerce.
  
  David is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia, and is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
