Chris Farthing

Chris Farthing was elected as a Parent Governor in 1996 and is now a Co-opted Governor.His daughter went through the College to university and is a research scientist.He is Vice Chair of the Governing Body and chairs the Finance Committee.His particular interests are in Design and Technology, ITC, Science and business links and he was an active PTA member for four years.

Chris Farthing, chairman of governors, said: "This marks the start of a new era at the college.
