Mark Farstvedt

Sage Insurance was founded in 1980 by Mark Farstvedt and has grown into one of the largest independent insurance agencies in Central Oregon. Butch Goette joined the agency in 1998 and assumed ownership in February 2000. Prior to Sage, Goette served as Vice President of Marketing for Northern Insuring Agency in Plattsburgh, NY. He has held positions on regional and national advisory boards for numerous insurance companies, including USF&G, Royal Insurance, CNA Insurance, the New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal and the New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal.
