Oxford-The board of directors of Oxford Bank, a subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corp., appointed Jerry V. Farstvedt to senior loan officer.

His responsibilities will include the supervision of all activities related to the bank's commercial banking and consumer loan departments, the bank's mortgage subsidiary, Oxford Bank Mortgage Services, and its compliance and loss prevention apparatus.

He began his 18-year career with Oxford Bank as an assistant vice president and commercial loan officer in August 1988 and was promoted to vice president in December 1995 and to senior vice president in January 2004.
