Mr. Fan is one of the co-founders of Shanghai Forte Land Co., Ltd. and a director of Fosun High Technology (Group) Company Limited.Mr. Fan has extensive experience in real estate development, sales and company administration and management.He has been the recipient of Shanghai's Residential Construction Contributor's Awards for the years of 1999 and 2000.He is vice-chairman of the Shanghai Real Estate Trade Association, a council member of the Real Estate Research Centre of the Shanghai Academy of Social Science, and a member of the editorial board for Shanghai Property Association's official publications.Mr. Fan graduated from Fudan University and received a bachelor of engineering.
